My name is Jessica Smith, professionally known in my community as Michele. I bring a diverse background in healthcare, education, project management, and youth development to my work as the Founder of Prosperity Healthcare Solutions LLC.

I began my professional journey in healthcare after graduating from Southern Regional Technical College (SRTC) in 2010 with a focus in Clinical Assisting. I spent eight years working as a full-time phlebotomist in clinical healthcare settings, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.

In 2015, I transitioned into a leadership role as a Lead Drug Screen Collector at a drug rehabilitation center. In this capacity, I managed the drug screening process for over 500 patients while training and supervising additional collectors. This role strengthened my skills in program oversight, staff training, quality assurance, and workflow management.

Following the completion of my contract in 2018, I continued my education, earning an Associate of Science in Healthcare Management along with a Medical Assistant certification. These credentials supported my transition into administrative leadership, project coordination, and systems development within healthcare and community-based settings.

In 2021, I founded Prosperity Healthcare Solutions LLC, initially offering administrative and virtual assistant services to healthcare agencies seeking to streamline operations and improve efficiency through outsourced support.

In 2023, Prosperity Healthcare Solutions expanded to include professional training and certification services, with Michele becoming a Certified BLS Instructor and Public Notary. The company now provides CPR and safety training to college institutions, dental clinics, autism centers, schools, healthcare professionals, and community-based organizations, supporting workforce readiness and safety compliance. Services are delivered through institutional partnerships and on-site training. Prosperity Healthcare Solutions also offers mobile drug screening services to businesses throughout South Georgia and North Florida.

In addition to healthcare and training services, Michele is a published author of two works, a project manager, and a non-academic youth development curriculum developer. Her curriculum development focuses on life skills, mental wellness, health education, and creative arts, supporting youth through mentoring programs, workshops, and community-based initiatives. These programs emphasize confidence building, emotional awareness, self-care, communication, and positive identity development.

Michele is passionate about empowering individuals, organizations, and youth through education, capacity building, and sustainable program development, and she looks forward to partnering with those committed to meaningful community impact.
