Hello, my name is Jessica Smith, but I am known in my community as Michele. I bring a diverse background of education, expertise, and experience to my current role. In 2010, I graduated from SRTC with a major in Clinical Assistant and spent 8 years as a full-time phlebotomist in a healthcare setting. In 2015, I transitioned into a contractor role as Lead Drug Screen Collector at a drug rehabilitation center, where I managed the collection process for over 500 patients and trained and supervised other collectors.

After completing my contract in 2018, I pursued further education, earning an Associate of Science in Healthcare Management and a Medical Assistant certification. In 2021, I founded Prosperity Healthcare Solutions, specializing in administrative and virtual assistant services for healthcare agencies, allowing them to outsource essential tasks.

In 2023, I expanded my business by becoming a certified BLS Instructor and Public Notary. Prosperity Healthcare Solutions now provides training and certification at three SRTC campuses and recently partnered with a local Autism Center to educate and certify their staff. Additionally, I am a certified drug screen collector, offering mobile services to businesses throughout South Georgia and North Florida.
